Exhibition: EMO MILANO 2021
At the EMO 2021, TTB presents the latest advancement of more than 30 years of experience in the grinding field: the CNC grinding machine TTB NEXT
An eventful week came to an end: At EMO MILANO 2021, the world's leading trade exhibition for machine tools and metalworking (04 - 09 October), TTB presented its innovative development in the field of tool grinding.
The NEXT grinding machine was sold to Wawo GmbH in Switzerland
The specialist had the TTB Next machine model in its range, a contemporary solution for increasing productivity and safeguarding the grinding processes on a very small footprint (2m x 2m x H.2.18m): consistent tool grinding quality, over many hours, with automatic loading and without operator intervention - the extreme repeating accuracy and production reliability optimally support the user’s needs.
As the grinding machines manufacturer made it clear at the EMO in Milan, TTB uses its in-depth experience in the precision grinding sector from more than 30 years as a basis for designing new solutions and services for the production of tools. This experience lays the groundwork for the development of technologically pioneering and smart machines that ensure that TTB's Customers can safely face the challenges of the future.
The newly developed temperature management system with 14 sensors integrated into the machine attracted particular attention. In addition to the significantly shortened warm-up times, temperature changes during the production process can also be counteracted automatically.
The NEXT machine demonstrates the full innovative power of the tool grinding machines from TTB Engineering SA and is used in many industries, such as the electronics, metal, medical, dental, automotive, aerospace industries and many more.
